If you place any issue with order delay and refund.. please go for consumer court. I have friends who have got back their money immediately when we the told the retailers that we will go to Consumer court. They will also fine the retailer if found guilty.
I really don’t know why these online shopping companies are behaving in this way and are loosing their credibility. Don’t know really what they are looking at. In other professions, they follow the policy ’Customer is our God’ . But don’t know why this is not the case with online shopping.Really disappointed after reading reviews of all shopping sites like infibeam, letsbuy, koovs etc. Better go to authorized dealers and buy it on the spot.
