Companies like amazon.in and flipkart.com have set the standards pretty high, so I am not even going to compare it with them, but it doesn’t even compete with ANY other online portal I have used to far, except for maybe shopclues.
*Pros*
I used this site only because it was accepting mobikwik wallet as payment gateway and I had to utilize some cash.
*Cons*
Products are available for better price elsewhere. I had ordered Amex GV. Price is same as the official site, however shipping is way higher(Rs 110 as compared to Rs. 50)
No online customer support. I needed to contact customer support multiple times for my order status, but since they are not available on chat, had to either drop a mail or call them. Phone number is not toll-free and e-mail as we know is pretty slow. The worst part is their canned responses.(Product will be shipped definitely by tomorrow; I am escalating this to the shipping team)
Didn’t ship my product. Twice. In the first case I waited for 21 days, before finally asking for order cancellation. Second order is currently in processing and it has been 10 days past the "Ship By date"
With this kind of service and non-delivery of product, I don’t even understand why they are in business. Are they just trying to live-off the interest income? Even though the product cancellation first time around was quick, I plan to take them to consumer court this time around for the damages.
Avoid it.
