I have made a lot of online purchases from various sites- Snapdeal, Amazon, Yebhi and Infibeam. But I had my worst experience with infibeam.com.
I have ordered for one Bluetooth headset from their magic box on 22nd Oct, 2013. I was delivered the faulty product after 10 days i.e. on 31st Oct through their great logistic partner DTDC, however since the product was not working I called them and return the product at my expenses on 1st Nov, 2013, they received it on 5th Nov, 2013 as per courier site information.
I received the call from Bluetooth headset manufacturer on 12, 2013 and after attending the fault(replacing the charger), I was told that the product will be delivered in next 3 days.
However I have not received the product till date. Even after rigorous follow up with people. they dont know the status of the courier. I have a doubt that they have not even reshipped the product. I have asked for the refund, they have not even refunded my hard earned money even the courier charges spend towards sending the faulty product to their stores.
STILL I AM WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT. MY RECOMMENDATION to all IS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM.COM. What is the use of product which is billed one-and a half month back with only 6 months warranty. They are even refusing for the compensation towards delivering the faulty product to consumers. So friends, stay away from INFIBEAM
