They deceived me

I ordered a intex mobile, order no 8453607 on Dec 4th, got it  on 9th, but when I opened the box, there isn’t any mobile, except that all other accessories are present, I called infibeam and complained about it, they replied me nearly after 24hrs with an answer that they can’t update me for ANOTHER 48 HRS, in the middle after coaxing them twice for acknowledgement regarding my complaint, they sent me an email without any actual information except for the order no, still in that time gap of 48 hrs, if anyone have faced anything like this, please inform me what to do.

I used to recommend this site, but now I can’t as they didn’t respond to my complaint, and I needed to dial thrice in a day, and told the same story to 3 different customer care executives, but I real felt very much deceived. Online shopping has its own perils..
