Infibeam lost my book

I still haven’t forgiven Infibeam for losing my book - an order I’d placed for Norwegian Wood, which still hasn’t been delivered. I’d say if you want to buy books, try out https://uread.com It’s heaven for book lovers, and since its so less known, it would be apt if you discover it for yourself. I did, today - ordered three books and I’m making a killer of saving on each title! Also the customer care was really good, they called up immediately to verify my order and assured me delivery within 3 days.


The way Infibeam dealt with my Norwegian Wood issue, is something I cannot forget. It was a failed transaction and they did not even offer to refund my money.
