LATE DELIVERY - Updated

Infibeam’s service is the poorest service I have ever come across.I ordered a book on 3 October 2009. They committed to ship the book in 7-12 days. Whenever I checked my order status, it was always’shipping in progress’. I tried calling them up but it no one ever picks up if the phone line is not busy that is.


I mailed them that since my exam is nearing, I need the book shipped to me as soon as possible. I requested them twice. But the request has fallen on deaf ears it seems.They change their shipping dates with every subsequent stage-:




  1. Added the book to the cart.- Shipping in 7-12 days




  2. After I paid the money- Shipping in 8-14 days






3 My first email- Shipping in 10-15 days




  1. My second email- Shipping in 18-19 days




  2. Im waiting for the reply to my third mail






Its my advice that please dont trust them on delivery timings and absolutely forget about any after sales service. Rather please dont buy anything from them if you dont want yourself to be harassed.



Update:


I contacted infibeam a little more firmly and they responded well. Now, I have my book with me within the promised time. I hope that they could have done this without so much headache but nevertheless, I do have the stuff on time now.
