Not sending Replacement even after reverse pickup

Order ID- 10768359


Prouct- True Blue voice Bluetooth (Local product sold by Magic box scheme)


Got a faulty product from infibeam, informed them immediately on 21st May itself. Sent the pics and other data as required. On 22nd May when I called the customer they committed that it will take 24-48 hours to take the decision on the fault. But no action was taken even after repeated followup till 30th May. On 30th May after many calls and mails got a response that pickup will be done on 31st May. But again the commitment was not fulfilled and pickup was not done. After a week followup pickup was done on 5th June. Since 5th June I am following to ship the replacement but now again after a week there is no action from infibeam.com side.


Infibeam is worst ecommerce site, I have ever shopped. Seems they don’t have bandwidth and professionalism to track and close customer issues. Almost one month has passed since I placed this order and have made hundreds of call to infibeam customer care. But nothing has moved at all. It is better to purchase from some sensible site where they are sensible towards customer issues.

Dear itsshiv, Please be informed that the returned product has still not been received by us. Its still with the operation facilities of the courier that it was picked through. As per the process, we can get the replacement only after the returned merchandise is in our possession.
