I had placed an order for two ceiling fans on 25th March. After a week (April 2nd), they tell me its out of stock! If an item is out of stock, then why cant they display "Out of Stock" on the item? Why let me order it in the first place? They shipped me an alternate product on April 8th through some cheap courier company, that doesnt even have a tracking mechanism.
Since they had already delayed my items by more than a week, the least I would expect them to do is to use a fast courier and make sure I get the items next day. But no! its Infibeam. They look for cost savings and pick the cheapest available mode from the cheapest logistics company.
Till today, I havent received the items and have no clue where it is and when I can expect to get it. Infibeams Shipment History page is a joke. There is hardly any information on it. This was my first order with Infibeam and will be the last. Never will I order anything from them again. I dont recommend anyone buy anything from them anytime.
And Infibeam doesnt even have a toll-free customer care number. You have to pay from your pocket if you want to inquire about your order!
