I am a regular with Amazon and had the misfortune of visiting Infibeam to buy a book for my father on subject of food and nutrition which was not available on Amazon. My father gave me the book title and the book was delivered .
However upon delivery he realized that it was not the correct book and we called the customer service for replacement, where we were informed that replacement /exchange/refund was not possible. Staying abroad for so many years and regular to e-buying this was a shock for me. I meanwhile checked the Amazon India website for verification and appears that they DO have an exchange policy in place.
I would suggest best to avoid Infibeam and stick with more reputed /customer oriented website. I only wish I would have read the review of Infibeam on MouthShut before clicking on that "buy" icon!
