Its very true that in today’s world where the services of e-commerce website are so fast I found the speed of Infibeam in terms of service, customer care, delivery etc are still slower than Snail.
I have ordered a product on 24th December and as per the instruction in the website itself the product will be dispatched on 26th December (2 days to dispatch).
And on 26th I upon calling to customer care (who either keeps on checking or forwarding the complaint) It came to know that due to some unfortunate condition the dispatch has got delayed.
Upon severe follow ups they have hurriedly updated the website that the product has been shipped in Infibeam logistics (again brother of infibeam.com).
And to my surprise, the product has not moved an inch even after 24 hours of the information.
So, don’t know when & how I am really going to receive the product or not.
