Placed an order for a book with Infibeam on 13 May 2013. Waited six days, called customer care. The girl there was a poor quality customer executive, seemed to be talking to me from a rural BPO! She gave me the standard goli - said she would forward my complaint to the concerned dept, which means if I hadn’t called today, they would have kept sitting on their bums!
Even now she says it will take three to four days, so God alone knows when the item will arrive!! And it’s not that I’m located in Cherrapunji, I’m in Delhi so it should not have taken more than two to three days in the first place. Bye bye Infibeam, if this is your service response you’re not going to be around too long!!
