Item not shipped even after 12 days..

I ordered a Lenovo laptop on 27/10 which was supposed to be shipped by 31/10. We called on 31/10 and found that it was not shipped. I logged a complaint and was told that it would be shipped in 48 hours. I called again next day and was told same. I called on 5/11 the date when it was supposed to be delivered and was told again that it would take another 48 hours.


Call center executive was willing to cancel the order if I wanted. This is disgusting. I spent hours to search and place the order and these guys do not fulfill the commitment. There is no follow-up from their side. We have to spend few more hours to call them and get update. And then they offer to cancel the order. I am sure we would never order again from InfiBeam. It is mentally harrasing. We wanted the laptop before Diwali, but I am sure this would not happen. I request InfiBeam to not keep giving 48 hours timeline. If someone has already logged the complaint then second time response time should reduce. And please, please inform the customer about delay. And if they do not have product then please show it as ’out of stock’. And if they cannot fulfill their commitment then please offer to compensate the customer. Just offering to cancel the order is waste of customer’s time which was spent on placing order and follow-up. And customer could have ordered it from somewhere else.


Update - It is 7/11 today, but no update on shipment. Product we ordered still says on their website - "Ships in 2-3 Business days". It’s been 12 days and product is not yet shipped.
