The wait for’The Lost Symbol’ began once the news about its launch was announced. I had heard about the online book store at Infibeam.com from friends and was looking for info on the sequel to the Da Vinci Code. Days before the book would launch, Infibeam.com offered a pre-order option with brief info on the book and a snippet on the content.
Having seen the announcement I decided to place an order. Within a few hours, a customer care executive called up to confirm the order. This preorder option is indeed so cool. I dint have to run around book stores to get a copy. I was rest assured it would be delivered on 16th Sep and as expected, the book was delivered on time. The packaging was super cool. I am extremely glad I availed the services of Infibeam.com, though the book was not quite impressive compared to Da Vinci Code. Infibeam is known to live up to the customer’s expectations in my friend circle and with this experience I am convinced they certainly do.
