Don't buy from infibeam they are cheating consumer

I placed an order for a PANASONIC Plasma TV TH-P50UT50D  with order id 9662915 on the 7’th November 2012 for Rs.70599. This was supposed to be delivered to me by 19’th Nov. The manufacturer provides 2nos of 3D glasses, hungama gift vouchers and wall mountable stands along with the package. Before placing the order I had confirmed with them on this and even after placing the order I got a written confirmation that I will receive the above along with delivery.


Just to ensure that I don’t want to be cheated. I had to keep following up with infibeam right from day one i.e from shipment to delivery there were so many delays that required me to do a constant follow-up with them. Finally my TV arrived on 28’th Nov and I called the Panasonic guys to install the TV. After opening box I was surprised to see that the 3D glasses, Hungama gift vouchers and wall mount brackets missing. The installation person recommended me to make an immediate complaint to dealer. When I called them infibeam they told me the installation person will provide you the wall mountable brackets and 3 glasses are not part of the package. I have made several complaints and calls with infibeam. Everytime I call the customer care and they assure me a reply that someone from their team is looking into it and I will receive the update within 24-48 hrs.


I doubt their promise and their commitment, from placing the order to delivery I have not even been called once, every time it’s me who will have to get back to them. Having checked other complaints on infibeam.Com, I now have come to the conclusion that nobody should buy anything that too expensive products like this where they tempt you by reducing the price and cheat you by not offering the full value. Kindly take note of the many complaints against this company and initiate an action immediately for fooling and cheating customers. The owners and managers of infibeam.Com must understand the power of consumers and they must be taught a lesson.

Dear customer, Please be advised that the Wallmount Bracket and the pair of 3D glasses has already been shipped and are currently in-transit to you. They should reach you in a day or two. We have mailed you the shipment details in a separate e-mail. Regarding the Hungama Gift Voucher, it will be mailed to you separately by the brand as the request has already been registered with them.Sorry for the confusion caused to you.
