I recently have purchases jabra bluetooth headset from this site. Firstly they took a long time in shipping the product. At the time of purchase it was shown that this item is in stock and it will be shipped in 2-3 working days. But I when I contacted customer care folks they told me that this product was going to shipped from Delhi so it is taking time.
Well this was not the cause of my unhappiness. I was shocked to see when I came to know that they have delivered me a defective product. It was not at all charging and I was not able to turn it on.I have purchased many items from many shopping sites, but I have never came across with any defective delivery.
Unfortunately but it is truth that it is worst and unreliable shopping site.
Stand no ways in front of sites like flipkart, ebay etc.
