If you find the item somewhere else (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay) for a little more, buy it from there. All the 3 have delivery guaranteed within committed times.
Long version:
Purchased a book.Ordered on 9th Dec, order page mentioned delivery between 15 to 17th Dec. Followed up immediately with a call to customer service, very reassuring response "Sir normally it is delivered much earlier, by 13th or 14th you will have it".
Reality: The tracker, on 17th, said it was in a warehouse less than 5 kms away.
Waited patiently, but even on 19th, no delivery.
Called up the customer service, they said "will raise a ticket". Seems it was infibeam’s own courier service.
Finally, on 20th the book comes. Asked the delivery boy why the delay?
He had no answer, just a casual smile, as if he was least bothered about it.
