Disappointed

Hello guys today I will review infibeam service.last year I ordered YU YUPHORIA refurbished phone from them and later on after paying my money in advance I got my device after 4 days( so not a very quick service in terms of delivery)


But when I opened it .the sim card slot is not working .yes both sims were not working in that smartphone and when I called their customer service they told me that sir we dont have any stocks available for this phone so we cant replace it with new one.


So they adviced me to visit any micromax service centre for repair but when I reached their service centre they told me that this phone was sold way before and we cant service it.what .sold way before.seriously.then I got suspicious and told it to infibeam but they were not able to help me for all this issue.


So after 20 days of revisiting and calling infibeam.i finally got a chance to talk to their head who adviced me to repack the device and they will refund my whole amount .so I got relaxed after hearing this.but


Soon 10 more days passed and no one came for picking up my phone so when I called them again they only gave me some faaltu reasons that sir we r in process.in process. .that made me really disappointed and angry.


I told them I will file complaint against them in consumer court if they dont refund my money.


Do later on after 10 more days .i finally got my refund .


This whole process took me almost 40 days and 100s of calls .so you can guess how bad they peovide service to their customers.
