Order missing for a week.

I have been an infibeam user for a long time and have usually received good service, but this latest order has been simply disastrous. I ordered a mixer grinder(order no. 9017248) for my mother as her wedding anniversary present but the shipment got delayed from the promised date. I have been calling since Monday for the order status and even after one week infibeam has no idea where the order is, the courier tracking code does not work.


Net net, it appears that infibeam is good only for orders where you don’t care about the delivery time, for the rest I guess one must look at more reliable options.
