A very very pathetic experience. I ordered a Blackberry Curve 9360 on Sunday & it was advertised to be shipped in 24-hrs. Firstly, their checkout process is extremely lousy, worst of all e-commerce websites. Even after 4 days they are yet to ship the product & they keep telling it will be shipped "ASAP". My recommendation, please do not buy from this portal. Their operations & order management process seems to be very ad-hoc with no visibility of when a product will be shipped. May be they procure the product once you place the order.
