Before you buy from infibeam.com please read this.

I had ordered a Samsung Mobile phone from Infibeam.com on 14/08/2012. The expected date of dispatch was 17/08/2012. On 19/08/2012 a representative from the company called me regarding confirmation and told me that the item would reach me on or after 20/08/2012. But till 22/08/2012 there were no info on dispatch.I contacted CC regarding this and they registered a complaint. On 23/08/2012, I called them again and asked about my order. I got a mail regarding shipping on the same day. The expected delivery was 25/08/2012. I had been waiting for my phone till 27/08/2012 and got surprised to know that Bluedart people mentioned on their website that ’The Consignee not present at given address’. So I thought that the item was sent back. But on 28/08/2012  I got a Call form BD about the item.


I had been eagerly waiting for the phone and was out of mind for it. But infibeam people disappointed me. They took 14 days for dispatching single item. So I didn’t accept the item and decided neither  to place any order to them in future nor to recommend  to anyone. Felt bad for sending back the item but who understands customer’s feelings?


Compare infibeam with other sites, I got my items the next day of order. Once they took 5 days not more than that. So any one who wish to place an order to infibeam.com please consider this review.You still want to waste your money as well as your precious time and want to have free headache for 2 weeks then no one will stop you.


This was my third order (Rs 10683/-)  to them after getting an average service for orders worth about Rs 11000/-

Dear customer, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the trouble you've encountered with. Our records show that your order was punched into the system on 14th August to be shipped on 17th August. Since this was a high valued purchase on COD, we had to call and verify your purchase, which we attempted on several instance, but unfortunately couldn't get you on the line. Finally, when we get a chance to speak to you on 18th August, we processed your order and it took the time that it normally takes, and was finally shipped on 22nd August through one of the best logistic partner, BlueDart. We're not sure about the BlueDart update on their tracker system that you were not available at home at the time of delivery; however, we've forwarded your complaint to their head office to investigate and confirm with their delivery team. However, on our constant followup with courier, we managed to re-schedule the delivery which you refused to accept as confirmed by you.. We appreciate your patience but at the same time, we did try to expedite the process wherever we could. However, our constant effort in getting you the product at the earliest didn't work in your case. Regards, Infibeam.com
