I ordered a lemon a1(white) mobile from infibeam.com on 22-Jan-2014. Ordered id-12500337. The delivery date was on 25-Jan-2014. I inquired infibeam on 24-Jan-2014 why it is not showing the shipment details to which i did not received any update for 2-days till 26-Feb-2014. On 26-Jan i was informed the shipping date is changed to 29-Jan-2014. Till 29-Jan no shipping was done i inquired them for courier details. No response. On 30-Jan i received email informing the product is shipped tracking ibdelmah5940651f37.
i collected the mobile from bluedart courier center in pimpri on 1-Feb-2014. When i powered on the mobile i saw there is a defect in the screen. Attached are screen shot of defective mobile. I tried calling customer service number-079-40260260 but was not able to connect even after 65-mins. I sent email to them immediately on 1-Feb-2014 informing there are white patches in the screen with screen shots of the defective mobile. I did not received a response for 4-days on 5-Feb infibeam customer care informed to take mobile to service center to verify the defect.
I informed him the defect is clearly visible with naked eye whatever he needs to verify he can verify when the mobile reaches to infibeam. He arranged a return shipping id 18149 on 6-Feb-2014. I have not got any update since 6-Feb to multiple emails communication. I have informed them on 19-Feb on email as well as calling customer care it is nearly 1-month i have ordered the mobile.
I need a new mobile to be shipped by 20-Feb or refund my INR-6899 with interest.ill be filing a consumer complaint demanding compensation for mental harassment and agony i am going for the last 1-month.
This is the worst online e-commerce site. Dont ever do any purchases on infibeam
