The worst online shopping portal I have ever seen. The order was placed on 23 November and the delivery is still not done for Apple Macbook Air 13 inches for which i’ve paid INR 64200 in advance. Terrible is the word for this company. I recommend not to buy any product from them specially high value products.
They just fool around people. They mentioned on the website that the order will be shipped within 2-3 days and that way it should have reached me by 28 Nov but today upon calling them they said, it has been shipped today that too the tone of customer care executive was like they are doing some favour on me by make it available in next 3-4 days.
