I have always preferred the online mode of shopping when it comes to sending gifts. I heard about Infibeam.com from a friend who had shopped here earlier. On clicking on the webpage I was impressed with the non messy display. Else in other Indian shopping sites, there are too many items displayed on too less a space giving the page a crammed look.
I had some diwali shopping to do hence I opted for the Diwali store. They have an elaborate collection of puja thalis. As is the case with all online stores, you cannot be sure of what you would get on placing order. Will the products vary from the display or will they bear exact semblance to it is something shoppers would always think. I placed order for a Jagadamba Swastik puja thali. It was ideally priced and I liked the look of it. I also searched other sites but the one at Infibeam was most attractive. I placed order and within few hours the customer care team called to confirm the order.
There was a ten percent discount on the product and I thought the price was reasonable. As promised, the product was delivered to my home address in very good form. I must thank the team that takes care of the shipping as well, as I am impressed with the form it came to me in. Earlier I have shopped from another site and on receiving the product I was quite disappointed at the way it was packed.
