I had placed an order on 14th Oct 2014(Order ID: 13733723) and due to some unavoidable instance I cancelled the order by calling up customer care on 19th Oct(the product was still in origin place). The customer service executive accepted cancellation and informed me that they will get in touch with the concerned department and will return the money back as early as possible.
Till now I am requesting Infibeam.com to return my money but they are not giving me any proper information.
Its almost 20 days I cancelled the product and requested for refund and I have written many mails but I haven’t any proper information till now.
This is not the first time they are cheating me. On Aug 15th, I ordered for a mobile(Order ID:13500516) but after almost 20 days they informed me they are unable to deliver the product and they themselves cancelled the order by giving reason as "out of stock".
Infibeam team have cheated me and My money(INR 756) is gone for nothing. I will never buy any products from Infibeam.com, I recently had a bad experience with snapdeal but they are better then INFIBEAM.COM(BIG CHEATERS).
