Ordered mobile on INFIBEAM . they delivered mobile without battery in the package, the first question comes how come battery is lost from the packaged box (all it says, they deliver bad quality products)
first of all, it took them 10 days to deliver, no issue, but after that too they deliver phone without battery, how come?
after dialing to the cell number on receipt, someone there gives you a customer care number, which is not valid.
and there is no visible customer care line link on their site as well. even if you search in google you wont get anything, while in the case of flipkart you get the number to call, I hope they are good with customer care not like infibeam.
so beware of Infibeam, don’t go for expensive things with them.
