Infibeam as a site sucks. I ordered a set of speakers( my first purchase from this site), Order no - 8256166, after one week of no response went to the site to check, it said shipping date 23rd Sep, neither any action nor any resonse form infibeam came till 24th. After called them twice over the last one week, and they conveniently say the produce is out of stock, we will try to get it, if not we will let you know. Another week since my last call has gone am yet to get an update from them.
Fail to understand why they take orders on products which are out of stock.
The guys who pick up the customer service calls are one of the rudest and complete lack of courtesy. Strongly recommend folks to keep off this site.
