Terrible delivery schedule

I am not a new customer of this site, having bought the Infibeam Pi e reader and 2 mobile phones, all of which were delivered on schedule.


On 11.03.2011, I had ordered a gift for my husband, whose birthday was on 20.03.11, requesting them to speed up the delivery in view of the occasion. On making the payment, I noticed that the scheduled shipping date was mentioned as 22.03.11 and delivery date as 25.03.11. Repeated phone calls and emails to them have got me no response, and today is 25.03.11.


This morning when I called I was told that it was being shipped today. On checking online now, I find that there is no evidence that it’s been shipped.


I really don’t know what else to do, other than write on this site, hoping I’m just not wast.ing my time.


INFIBEAM, IF YOU’RE LISTENING AND IF YOU CARE.... please send me my order urgently.,
