First order which I had placed from Infibeam.com was a Brother Multifunction Printer, I had chosen infibeam.com because delivery was available at our pin code with COD and it was giving the printer much more cheaper than other websites.The estimated delivery date was shows as 7-10 working days.But they didn’t ship my item only, I had waited for four days for any updates regarding the shipping details but no response from their side, contacted to their customer support they first told me to wait further 2-3 days, they ship the item, after 2 days again I contacted their customer support than they gave me another reason for not shipping my item, as their previous seller doesn’t ship to our pin code, so they will ship my items through another sellers and they told me to again wait for another 2-3 days.Finally I had canceled my order after 2 days.I had placed the order with COD so didn’t face any refund issue.
This was my first and Last order which I had placed from Infibeam.com, Now I don’t prefer this website for buying anything whether the price is low or high, I don’t prefer this website.
