I ordered a Karbonn A7 mobile handset (Order no. 8954372) from Infibeam.com on 16th June 2012 at a price of Rs 7490/- which is much higher than that on other online shopping portals ( ncarry.nimbuzz.com at Rs 6990/- and shopping.indiatimes.com at Rs 7046/-) Now the reason why I ordered it on infibeam.com was because of their offer of giving away an 8 GB microsdhc Card free with it and that too with cash on delivery option. I was told that the product will be shipped in 24 hrs and that it will reach me maximum by 21 June 2012 but today i.e. 22 June 2012 evening 1630 hrs I am sitting in my home writing this review, still waiting for the order to get delivered or at least a call from the Bluedart courier services about when are they planning to deliver it to me.
When I try to call Bluedart customer care, they don’t even bother to pick up my calls. I feel so cheated and disgusted. I think this is my worst online shopping experience I had with Infibeam.com. If I had placed order with flipkart.com or Indiatimes.com or even ncarry.nimbuzz.com may be today I would have being playing with my mobile then writing this review.
I am very sad and feel like tricked by infibeam.com and their courier partner i.e. Bluedart express couriers. I would never recommend this shopping site and courier services to anyone.
