I have ordered landline phone and it was so uncomfortable to use at first instance itself. I have asked for return. They did not accept.

This is online shopping. You can actually see the product only once you receive it. You have to consider what customer goes through. Online shopping can never sustain if you keep these things.See and learn something from Flipkart, Snapdeal and others. They take back anything and everyone once customer does not like it for any reason.
