I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with INFIFLEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, which claims to be a Google Workspace(G Suite) service provider.
- No 24x7 Support – False Claims
They advertise 24x7 support, but in reality, there is no support outside of working hours. Even during the day, it’s extremely hard to get anyone to respond.
- No Response to Mails or Calls
We sent multiple emails to their team and managers, but no one bothered to respond. After a few follow-ups, they completely stopped answering phone calls too. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and irresponsible.
- Only Money-Oriented
From the entire experience, it felt like they were only interested in collecting payment — not in offering proper service or building a long-term relationship with clients.
- Fake Positive Reviews
The most shocking part: when we checked online, we noticed it seems they have paid for fake reviews or made their employees write fake 5-star ratings on different platforms to mislead customers. The real service is nowhere close to what those reviews claim.
- Not Recommended
If you’re searching for INFIFLEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED complaints, please take this review seriously. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not care about customer satisfaction. Avoid them for Google Workspace or any IT services.
