Infiniti is a chain of malls here in mumbai and I have visited both Infiniti lokhandwala and infiniti malad( infiniti 2) multiple time.
The experience was pathetic several times due to those stubborn and adamant security gaurds who once stopped us and didn’t allowed us to enter as due to some local college students had created a mishap and the mall administration didn’t wanted it to repeat so they were not allowing any college student to entry the premises! I mean do I look like a goon or some kind of loafer?
And also there way of denial was very rude and unprofessional! I could have talked to the floor in charge there or the manager and have got the entry but I didn’t because I was shaken to the core.
Later on again the same thing happened with my Friend.
I totally agree that those were the safety precautions but they might have taken some sort of proper action but not this, doing this to the guests is not appropriate.
The tone, pitch and behaviour of the guards were disgusting.
I have stopped going there and won’t be visiting there in future.
