Under no condition join this firm.

1)People here recruited are mainly referrals and so people try to get in their relatives and even the people at higher levels also do so.My former 2 managers were also friends and relatives of the high guys and you have to see them to realize what type of ultimate duffers they are.Luckily my 3rd manager was a gem of a person and I liked working under him.Sadly people like him are around handful in the company.


2)My first manager Gaurav Gothi is a big lazy fellow. Only thing he does in office is check mails, gtalk and Orkut. He doesn’t even read documents that are send to him but asks developers to read and explain it to him and use the same knowledge to intimidate other developers.He knows nothing about coding but tries to act smart.He is safe in this firm while people are being fired because he has friends in the high places.


My second manager Nilesh Joglekar is also a big duffer. He was a system administrator in his previous firm and is now manager of a team coding in C.He is a total layman regarding domain and coding and when you talk to him he tries to show he knows all, but in reality everything is going over his head.His friend is a topshot in the company and that is why he is safe in this firm.His topshot friend is also one genuine duffer who practically is a 0 brains manager and tries to browbeat everybody who tries to tell the truth about his friend.


3)The CEO is a nice person and tries to implement the feedback from his developers but he also has a serious flaw. He says he doesn’t want IITians because they are costly. But he doesn’t relaize that the whole IT in India because of the IITians before him. He should also try to compare an IITian with one of his own kin in the company, then probably he would realize the truth that most IITians would work better than 90% of the developers in his firm.


4)And the HRs are one step ahead. If you give bad feedback about the company then they would surely botch up your background check.They want to hear only good things, lies they maybe.And they tried their best to botch up my background check by furnishing lies and were happy to trumpet out their misdeeds in the firm to everybody.
