Never wrote review etc of anything but I like mouthshut community and I have taken many careful decisions by reading reviews and general opinions so when it came to writing about career and best way I could make it big I cant miss my company for I work for.
Infospectrum People don’t like using heavy words as "organization" "Resource Allocation" etc etc its a small family placed in heart of India with cheered up people who care about everybody they say hi to morning and evening. I love the way my day starts in the morning not with "Good morning Sir" but with "Kya mama.. kal raat party maara lagta" be it your Manager or PL or CEO they will call you by family names and work with you rather than make you work.
To give you small introduction about the comapany it was started by 3 passionate people who wanted to come back to their home town and get my city on the world map. Everybody knew Nagpur for Oranges but come on we can do much better than that.. :)
Now comes the important part for me as a freasher who was scared to hell @ 21 to be in a growing company where everything seemed so geeky all the time. I learnt quickly that its different world as soon as I stepped in inside my first little development room in Sadar office. In larger companies they operate coding farms where code is churned out and where bulls work hard well to what CODE :P we work little differently we still code like there is no tomorrow but we are proud of our craft and our culture and most importantly people around us. I have never seen a project manager or a Techie who will kick you off when you ask silly questions. its a place where people understand it takes time to grow up and it takes all the people around to try and achive bigger milestones.
Its a fun place where you can walk into CEO’s or COO’s cabin and point out problems you are facing straight up to face good part is most of things are taken care of. Better point is something that people miss anywhere else that people get to participate in the planning and execution processes place where your straight feedback is much more appriciated rather than staying back and saying "ye to aisa hi hain yaar"
We all share dream that soon we will hit bigger and better revenue targets and have bigger party. Milestones and targets are set not just by management but by all family together because once everybody starts aiming same destination it makes the path easy.
wont talk about salary n bla bla that other people start barking about after few years at same place.. I was never here for money I was here because its the place and people allowed me to work n still study same time and supported me in every bad coding day :( I had (I had few :P)
I would recommend this place for everybody who wants to be part of place where work means fun and where you will wake up and go to work not because you want to earn your bread and butter but you cant make your life exciting without coming office..
There are some stupid problems when things grow faster and faster than you think like work people infrastructure you are bound to hit by those :P par sab theek hota hain dheere dheere mama.. no problem lasts forever when you think solution together :)
