Infosys is india’s leading IT company after TCS. It has a recruitment process very tough. Company has very strict management for freshers.company has recruited regularly in my college for b.tech, mca and recruited in bulk.
Company has fired a lot of my friends because of bad performance in tests conducted in company. It should not be done because they have completed their recruitment and deserve their chances.
The seniors are very unsupportive there. They create the problems for their juniors.
There are very less chances for growth in the company. I am giving two out of five stara to it.
