Like many other IT companies, Infosys is also a well developed IT services firm that sees employees as just a resource that is used to get the job done. They don’t make their employees happy with interesting benefits. They don’t consider their employee as a human / living being that has personal feelings and needs WORK LIFE Balance. This review was shared by my Friend to me, since he can’t post it directly in MouthShut.com, since he is currently working in that firm. NO JOB SECURITY is there in that company, if a project ramps down or else if they think your performance level goes down, they will immediately terminate and send you OUT. Hike / Salary increment percentage they give yearly always seems to be very low comparing to the performance and quantity work the employees are targeted to complete. Employees are considered as a resource, just like a Lifeless Computer Machine that is used to perform the activities.
