This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. No wonder they have a case here in the US for Visa fraud because management are just full of GREED.
They don’t care about employees at all. All they want is profit and their bottom line! No concern to what employees voice out! I don’t see any reason why some employees still stays at Infosys. Oops I remember, most of the employees that are left are the H1B people from India! Of course they are tied up to the company and they cannot just quit or leave. Otherwise they will lose their visas.
But for US citizens or GC holders most of them don’t stays for 6 months because they feel that this company is like a hell and will sniff your soul!
WORST WORST WORST.
I pray that they will lose all the contracts in the US and close all off their operations! Just focus your work in India because you belong there!
