I have started an orange account about 4 years, and used to keep 5000 minimum balance till Dec2009. In Feb I had to withdraw about 1K amount, also I left out of country in March 2010. ING started deducting 660 every quarter since then until Oct, when I noticed it my bank balance. I havent been geting any intimation on the balance since Jan2010, the reason they say there has been no transaction from the account. I am not sure why the bank dont categorize the 660Rs they deduct every month from my account as a transaction. When gone to bank to enquire it, the Trichur kerala Branch manager one Johnson said since I am not their privilaged customer, they cant do anything with this.THis person behaved very harshly to me. When spoke to their customer greievance, they said it was mistake from their side as they didnt inform about the subsequent deductions.Never get into this bank Orange account
