Irresponsible bank

I don’t know what people say about this bank or how good is it but I had a really bad experience in this bank and that too is the reason why I am writing this review. I went to this bank after listening to my colleague as he said it has some really good services nd I should open an account here.


I went to this bank and opened an account but was not getting any kind of SMS alerts from them so I asked them they said I haven’t activated it. I activated the service and found out that 5000 rupees were debited and I had not even used the atmosphere once or made my transactions so I went to the bank next day and enquired and they argued for almost 20 minutes and finally after making request manager assured me that they will see into the matter.


Still worried for the lost money I couldn’t sleeps After enquiring about 5 days and huge headache they said that We are sorry for inconvenience by mistake the cash transfer was credited to someone else’s account due to and error.


I didn’t knew what would have happened if I had not done the proper enquiry and would have got the money back. I know that its a really rare thing to happen but still not taking actions in time was not good at all.


The very next day I closed my bank Account even after they insisted not to but I didn’t wanted to take that risk again so I just closed the bank account. These small errors are the reason why this bank is not my primary bank anymore.
