One of the most pathetic banks I have ever seen. I am a banker and I can tell you that u should never deal with their home loans dept. Nobody has a clue of what is happening, they have no idea how entries are to be passed, narration to be written.the height was when in my home loan statements they wrote cheque as "cash paid".its outrageously discoordinated.their call center has no clue about other departments and u cannot reach any other person/officer/manager/clerk.pathetically inefficient with all the "disdvantages" of public and private sector.this my friends is a loose loose story.and doesnt look to be getting better.
