Never trust on ING Vysya Bank’s offers. Recently I came across dining offer (still available on their website) online. The list showed GUFHA restaurant in Bangalore with 15% discount offer. I wanted to try this & with my earlier experience with ING Vysya, I call the up this restaurant to check this offer before I go there.
The reply I got from them is "No we dont have any such offers".
Then I contacted ING Vysya bank’s customer care for clarification, the their reply I got was "we will escalate this matter to our marketing team & you can expect the call back in next 2 hrs" now its one week no response. then again I called up to check, again same standard call center words & promise to escalate.
Never trust on Ing Vysya bank’s offer. Better that you check with the vendor before you go to any restaurant.
