My husband purchased 2 T shirts from this site for Rs 899 .After 1 wash the Tshirts got ruined. Then I ordered 1 shoes from inkfruit at Rs 899.
I ordered size 7 shoes but it didn’t fit me. Then I spoke to the customer care they said u have to courier that product to our address. I couriered it to them. It cost for me Rs 150. They said we’ll credit these points to your Inkfruit Account. After that they said you cannot utilize all the Rs 250 at a time.
I asked them to exchange the shoes to 6 number of size .Its been 15 days, I didn’t receive my shoes. There was not a single call from them. When ever I am calling them they are simply saying the they have dispatched the product. I didn’t receive it till now .My suggestion don’t go for that.
