I worked as a work-from-home intern content writer in 2021. They straight up refused to pay me for my work after I finished my internship and used my blogs on their client’s website. When confronted, they lied about the content I produced having grammatical errors and couldn’t be used for clients. But they still used it because it was perfectly fine. They accused me of verbal abuse and had no proof of the same because it was a work-from-home internship and I never spoke to the employer on a phone call. They had blocked me from all sides.
EDIT: After 9 months they suddenly decided to unblock me and pay me the deserved stipend.
