I worked with Inlaks Budhrani hospital in Pathology lab. I resigned from this organization not because the salary issue or job issue but only because the managing staff behave with the junior staff member. Even there is shift management going properly by in-charge. They treat other staff like there own servant and same thing is that this employee compliant not yet reach till date to any of trusty or any of managing person because of this senior people doing there own "sarkar Raj" and one by one employee resigning from the lab technician position but management not able to interact with those staff member.
They are suffering from this senior person name is Dr. Mrs. Shukla (Pathologists)
