Well these guys must have really been paying attention in nursery. They seem to be totally stuck on the ’’Slow and Steady’’ mantra. Only problem is.... while it is slow, it as hell ain’t steady.
The customer service is ok. They come over to fix problems quite quickly...and at least my technician is dedicated. One day he sat the whole day at my house to resolve a problem...why he took the whole day to solve a network problem is another story..but at least he just didn’t give up and leave.
Installation took about 10 days(they said 4 days..but what the heck..don’t expect anything better anywhere)
The only great thing is 24 hr connection so you can work on the net with peace of mind without wondering exactly how to explain to your dad a phone bill in 5 figures!!!
All things considered..beggars can’t be choosers...so I guess with no better option..cable net is the way to go.
P.S. Very rarely the connection goes mad and becomes lightening fast......use such moments to download those mp3’s. But it seems to have speed breakers in the middle so make sure you’re using a downloading utility..otherwise you might just have your download breakoff on reaching 89%(happened to me)
