I paid 6000 for this inner course of 4 days trust me it’s total wastage of time money and mind I was so fed up by 3rd day that I decided to quit for the 4th day.
It has only and only online lectures of satguru along with two three yoga practice already known to everyone most important the so called teachers and volunteers were so bad rigid and rude that it appeared we are in jail .even for going washroom they had restrictions
I suggest if you have money then do something good with that rather than attending this course and feel frustrated
