Back from IFC yesterday after a trip with the family.
I have to say that I have experienced many of the issues as per the previous reviewer. I refused to let my kids on the rollercoaster, or in fact on anything that would leave the ground as it was clear from the rest of the maintenance levels that there is a serious disaster waiting to happen, if not fatality, based on the neglect and run down conditions on site.
First impressions are of course important and this is where IFC have absolutely got it wrong. A ridiculous Teddy Bear museum is the first thing that greets you.....smelly, not in fact a museum, with no logic no sense whatsoever. Then things go downhill......A random collection of bizarre, poorly staffed, dirty, mismanaged activities. I wont bother to detail as the previous reviewer has, however, if I were the IFC management reading these reviews, then clearly I have to understand that I have a SERIOUS problem!!!!!!
The few engagement experiences I risked with the family were of course poor. A crazy golf session on a course so damaged and in disrepair that I even rushed the kids through. A ride on the go carts....well all can say is god help IFC. The rest, a mess.
I can go on and on but I wont as clearly none of the feedback is being acknowledged by the company that runs IFC....guys. Shut down 50% of the resort and get 50% working properly!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the damn McDonalds staff are on a go slow.
if you want to pay 500 Rupees to go see Ripleys and the Wax Museum, plus take the 4D movie in, that was ok, plus the mirrors, then thats all you need to do. The rest, forget as a bad dream.
Wake up IFC you have no repeat guests. Now you know why!
