I was thinking to write this review for quite sometime. Have been to this theatre a number of times and should share my experience now (I’ll try to keep it as objective as possible)
Goods (very few..):
Easy to get tickets
Near to my house
Neutral to Bad:
Bads (a long list..):
Ticket price: not value for money any more. they charge almost as much as PVR does but facilities are not even half of it.
Staffs or the management are not professional at all. The movie timings are changed adhoc to suit their own needs rather than thinking of the customers who may travel a long distance to see a particular movie at a particular time.
Don’t go the by ads published in the local daily as thay publish all the movies which are being showing collectively in all theatres in bangalore but actually show a few only. This a cheap ploy to pull crowd, so better call twice and confirm before you go there
seats - horrible. You can’t them with that you see
Overbooking: It happened to me a number of times that my seat was given to another person as well. The ticket booking system is manual
payment mode: They take credit cards but charged to 1.5%. can you believe this??
parking: very limited. park your car outside at your own risk.
Malpractice: And this people indulge in malpractices to save tax. the advance booking slips are not converted into ’pukka’ tickets most of the times and hence the money earned is completely free of tax etc. We should not encourage such people or establishments
