Inox -forum is a great experience for cinema goers, with the flexibility of timings and choices.
In terms of interiors, quality of picture, sound. cleanliness etc a very good experience I have had since it had opened excluding one incident.
Being a regular visitor I just wish this incident had not taken place.
Hope it never does in future too

I had purchased a ticket for 2/03/06 morning show ’’ Faltu’’ 10:15 am, shows ticket on 01/03/06 evening around 7:15 pm
I was very disappointed with the callous behaviour and attitude at the counter.
1st of all it has been given out in the printed leaflet( schedule booklet) that the 10:15 am show of FALTU along with the others are charged at Rs 50/-
But at the counter the charge was Rs 100/-
On showing him the leaflet I was told that the charge or rate is Rs 100/- and not rs 50 as printed on the leaflet ’’AS IT WAS A MISPRINT’’
HOW COME THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT find time to rectify this mistake??????????
Till middle of the week nothing was done?????????????
ATLEAST A NOTICE should have been put up stating the mistake.
Any kind of misinformation should be avoided this is the basic customer support expected from such a reputed organisation.
Being a regular visitor I felt very disappointed.
It is not the question of an extra rs 50/- but just mis information and saving of time
As visiting the counter just to get tickets is time consuming and after coming all the way no one is going to turn back and not purchase the ticket.
And the attitude of the counter person on being being question was also very very unfriendly and it was not a time when a lot of people were waiting to buy tickets and that he was busy but this callousness is very very disappointing from the reputed organisation and the the staff
Please do follow what you give out in prints and announcements AND in case it cant be followed do put up a viewable and readable NOTICE at the counter at least if not in paper/ website etc
The worst part was when I had sent a mail to the Inox authorities from the website the mail bounced so how does one get to communicate with the authorities?
Though I am satisfied with overall service provided by the multiplex, This is a sole incident as of this date which has somehow created a dent. Nevertheless even after this insident I continue to see movies viz: Aksar, Malamal weekly/ Mixed doubles this week But some more incidents might create a scar for future visits.
The rate for Coke and popcorn should be brought down a bit, it is slightly over expensive.
Further latest addition to my review is based on the experience, of going to see Rang De basanti show morning show on tue 21st mar after the interval there was fluctuation in the sound for about 4-5 times and 6th time for a continous 4-5 minutes
Quality control is also to be looked after. I think theres some sort of a negligence which should be avoided.
Some positivity along with this sour experience the morning show for Malamal Weekly on 20th was a treat sound etc all fine. as well as the movie was a laugh riot.
