This is for all people who book ticket through SMS in INOX. Some time back I tried to book ticket through SMS for Fantastic $, it says send movie name and date. However when you send the movie name you again get the same message from INOX saying send movie name and day.
It take many hit and tries to get the name the movie name as they need it. Inially I send sms as Fantastic 4 rise of silver surfer, but it did not work, hence I called up the CR in INOX, they informed me that I need to send Fantastic Four with a colon and then type rise of sil.... which did not work, I tried several other options which did not work, finally I gave a last chance to Fantastic 4, which worked and some how I managed to book a ticket, but the shock was about to come. When I noticed the balance in my phone, I was shocked to find that I was charged Rs 60 for booking the ticket. I asked INOX, they said they charge Rs 3 per sms. So didn;t bother much and thought may be I would have made a mistake.
But when I booked ticket for Oceam’s 13 I was again charged Rs 60 for sms booking and this time INOX said that they don’t charge anything, its operators regular sms charged. This is when I knew that staff at INOX are trained to play around with customers.
On top of this their website never works, the sound system is worst than a sterio speaker.One liner is that INOX gives the worst experience in any part of enjoying a movie, right from booking to exit.
